Are the totes cleaned between each use?

Yes! Between rentals the totes are cleaned in a two-step process. We remove any loose debris and then thoroughly hand clean and sanitize after each use using eco-friendly biodegradeable cleaners.

How do I pay for my rental?

We accept all major credit cards. Full payment is required prior to delivery of your order.

Will someone call before my totes are delivered?

Of course! After you place your order, we will send a confirmation email. Then, we call to confirm delivery details the day before. We’ll also call the day prior to your scheduled pickup to confirm. If you need to make any modifications to your order, delivery or pickup, don’t hesitate to call, text or email.

Do I need to be present for drop off and pick up?

Yes. You are required to sign off on your totes. At pickup, you need to be present while we count and inspect your totes.

Can I purchase the totes?

Yes, just tell the driver who picks up your totes how many you would like to keep. We will process your payment with the credit card on file and email you the receipt.

How big are the totes?
